Founded in the online edition that the company was founded in Rajkot Gujarat in 2006 with an initial investment of Rs 50000 and a merely two employees, Raj Cooling Systems specializes in manufacturing cutting-edge air-cooling solutions tailored for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The current annual turnover of the Rajkot-based company (FY 2023-24) stands at Rs 150 crore and it plans to increase it to Rs 400 crore by the fiscal-end.

The current staff strength of the company stands at

180, we plan to increase our team size by 35–40 per cent over the next couple of years, with a focus on hiring skilled professionals in engineering, R&D, and customer support.

Talking to Bizz Buzz, Kalpesh Ramoliya, Chairman & Managing Director Raj Cooling Systems who had set up the company at the age of 22 and has driven its growth over the past 18 years, says, “Our success mantra is ‘customer-first approach with consistent innovation and uncompromising quality’. Our team’s dedication, ethical practices, and focus on sustainability have been the cornerstones of our continued growth and success.”

The company’s revenue is splitted in to sales of Air cooler both domestic and Export in both B2B and B2C market. The company has got a local and global presence, exporting to over 32 countries. It has earned EBIDTA in range of 15-18 per cent.

The company is currently busy expanding its facilities with an approximate investment of Rs 50 crore during the ongoing financial year.
